Employee Support Program
The Employee Support Program is designed to provide a dedicated Counselling service for your organisation. Staff will have access to a secure portal under "Corporate Access" on the main menu.
From here they will be able to book an appointment on a confidential basis to discuss any issue that may be troubling them causing stress or interfering with effective job performance or attendance.
In a 2020 Health and Safety Executive publication, it was reported by a Labour Force Survey that 828,000 workers suffered from work-related stress, depression or anxiety and that 17.9 million work days were also lost.
